Without real business training or experience, success is born out of luck. This is true of all industries from Main Street to Wall Street. The road to become a successful Chiropractic Entrepreneur isn’t just about seeing patients, collecting money and putting it in the bank. There is a real business behind the scenes of productivity and profitability in the Chiropractic industry.

How do I know this? As a former investment banker working in mergers and acquisitions, direct investments, and large-cap funding my experience has taught me a thing or two.

I see many of today’s Chiropractic Physicians struggle as they try to grow a business from the outside in versus the inside out.  Too many doctors compete on new patient price because of a lack of understanding of real business management principles.

There’s a Renaissance Coming in Chiropractic


There’s a new way of doing business.  There’s a new approach to attract consumers to your business.  There’s a new way of communicating to your marketplace.  

Last week, the Kats Team attended a large seminar on the current trends in marketing.  We attend this conference each year, because it has amazingly relevant  information that helps us direct the marketing and new patient acquisition programs we design for our clients.  

During the seminar, we heard speaker after speaker talk about change, living in a new touchless world, and the consumer driven response to the pandemic which is lowering business-to-consumer trust.
