THE STAFF DRIVEN PRACTICE LIVE WORKSHOP

The staff driven practice is an all day dive into how your staff can be more engaged, more organized, and more profitable.  This team building event will dive into some of the key areas of practice that can be the difference maker to success.

Phil Jackson said, "Good teams become great ones when the members trust each other enough to surrender the me for the we."  Be the Best explores simple and positive ways to develop a team spirit culture in the clinic.   We'll  discuss the components that make a good team become great.

DRIVEN TO SUCCESS

Sometimes we feel like we just get stagnant where we are, like we’re slowly sinking in quicksand.  In this class, we’ll discuss the ways in which you can eliminate the holdbacks, and develop the intention to drive forward.

 

OUTRAGEOUS PLANNING

Goals are the roadmap to success.  But today you need more than a map…you need GPS to see where all the road construction and blockades lie so you can create strategies to maneuver through the traffic.

 

INFUSE YOURSELF

Where have all the patients gone?  Today’s patients are right under your nose, but you have to infuse your clinic into the right areas to attract them.  We’ll work through an infusion marketing plan to help you and your team develop the right patients for your clinic.

You can succeed in anything in life, as long as you believe in yourself.  Well explore the intricacies of building a team that maximizes their beliefs to succeed,

For this event you will want to bring your entire staff.  Each team will receive a workbook to capture your thoughts, ideas, and vision as you spend the day immersed in developing the success strategies to transform your practice starting Monday.  Plus, you’ll walk away with a more engaged staff, and a team that has a clear vision.
