Speaker 2: The first thing I would suggest you do is not panic. We have clients that call us and they'd get total panicked because they got 15 positive reviews and now they got one negative review and there's this statement I like to use. It's not the most positive statement. It says nothing is ever as good as you think it's going to be and nothing is ever as bad as you think it's going to be. One bad review or two bad reviews is not going to put you on the skids. You'll be fine.

If you're under 70 years old, you look for reviews on the internet. If I'm going to go buy a car, I look for a review, if I'm going to buy a new piece of electronic equipment, I look for a review, if I'm going to buy a chainsaw, I look for a good review. Everybody's looking for a review. You have to have good reviews. You personally, your office has to have good reviews on the internet. Where do you get your reviews from? You can have patients give you reviews, you can have family give you reviews, you can have staff give you reviews, colleagues can give you reviews. Reviews are very easy to do. Right now, they can be done as of about a year ago, they can be done on handheld devices. If you have an Android phone, it already comes downloaded with Google Maps.
