There’s a major divide that’s about to happen in the Chiropractic profession.  That divide is what I call, “the success-failure fault line”.  

Much like an earthquake that happens when there are shifts in the earth’s tectonic plates, a similar seismic event may be on the horizon for the profession.  That growing divergence is happening in the profit of our practices.

Recently, we attended one of the largest Chiropractic conferences in the country.  We attend each year in part so we can get a pulse as to what is happening in the profession, as well as, listen to doctors about how their practices are performing.  This year produced some interesting conversations.

While it's common to speak with doctors who have complaints about practice success, this year we witnessed an increasing number of those doctors being seemingly resistant to making changes and unwilling to listen to new ideas that might alter their practice experience.

The business world is constantly evolving and being disrupted by new ideas, creative thoughts, and different ways to seek success.  And Chiropractic business success is not immune to this evolution.  We should be constantly evaluating, retooling, and developing new and innovative ways to capitalize on emerging trends in Chiropractic practice prosperity.
