Steps to Collaborating with us

Kats Consultants supports your practice behind the scenes by offering you a suite of tools, resources, and services that help you manage your practice for maximum success.  Kats offers you a better opportunity to be able to focus more effort on patient care knowing that your practice has the right management systems in place for the practice you want to own.

The Process for Membership Acceptance

With Kats Consultants, you have two options for collaborating with us.  

First, is our KC subscription program called Path To Prosper. This month-to-month program opens up the robust KC library including more than 600 training videos, success tools, Q&A sessions, help desk, and practice resources.  It also offers deep discounts on our KC Live events and Virtual Seminars.  <<Click here to find out more>>

The other option is our exclusive KC Path to Mastery program which gives you all the benefits of Path to Prosper but also opens up our one-on-one coaching, on-demand consulting, CA training program.  In addition, all the live events and Virtual Seminars are included, as is our annual KC Doctor’s Retreat.  The Path to Mastery program has a limited number of members due to the intense level of coaching and service we provide.

To be considered for Path to Mastery, the process starts with an introductory call.  Plus, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Must have been in practice a minimum of 5 years and be the owner of your clinic
• You must be willing to submit 2 years of clinic stats and meet our minimum due diligence standards
• You must possess a spirit to work hard for success and be open-minded to change
• You must be willing to attend your coaching calls, mastermind sessions, and virtual seminars
• You must submit to an interview with our coaching team
